  • Yes, our clinic is fully accessible. Please utilize the elevator to reach our office on the third floor from the ground or underground level. Look for unit 316 once you arrive on the third floor.

  • We offer various convenient payment options, including cash, debit, credit card, and personal checks. For patients with dental insurance, please bring your coverage details or policy book to your initial visit.

  • While we do not impose a late cancellation fee, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to accommodate other patients.

  • If you reached our answering machine, please note that we are open from Tuesday to Saturday. Kindly leave a message for calls made on other days, and we will promptly return your call.

  • Ample parking is available in both above-ground and underground lots. We recommend using the underground parking lot, especially on rainy or snowy days. Look for the elevator near the Richmond Court Restaurant sign in the underground parking lot, which will lead you directly to our office.
